Ways to Give

Want to help out Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana?  There are many different ways that you can help us provide food for those in need.  We are always looking for volunteers to assist us in our warehouse, office, special events, and tailgates.  Last year volunteers contributed about 10,000 hours!  Our volunteers help us pack backpacks of food for kids, sort and safety check donated food, and repackage bulk food items.  Find out more about our volunteer program and join us in the warehouse!

If volunteering isn't your thing, consider holding a food drive.  Are you a member of a church, school, retirement community, or book club?  We have 100's of folks in East Central Indiana who organize food drives through their existing social networks.

And, of course, we always accept monetary donations.  Every $1 donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana can distribute 6 meals for the hungry.  Your financial contribution will help ensure that our programs are adequately funded and help us to feed hungry neighbors in East Central Indiana.
